3. Direct Ownership and Self-Directed IRA Transactions
Atlas offers precious metals for direct ownership and may, at a client's request, coordinate with independent self-directed IRA custodians and approved U.S. depositories for retirement account transactions.
- Direct Ownership: Clients may remit payment directly to Atlas via approved methods including bank wire and checks, subject to confirmation and internal compliance procedures.
- Self-Directed IRA Transactions: For IRA-related purchases, the transaction must be executed through an independent, qualified custodian. Atlas will only accept IRA-related funds remitted by the qualified custodian. Atlas does not act as a custodian or trustee.
- Rollover / Re-deposit Scenarios: Atlas does not provide tax, legal, or rollover advice. Clients are solely responsible for confirming eligibility, timing, and compliance with IRS rules. For any IRA-related purchase, Atlas will only accept funds remitted by the qualified custodian.
4. How We Use Personal Information
We use Personal Information for business and commercial purposes, including to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Website and Services.
